Grinding cylpebs

Unlike steel balls, steel rods have a flexibility of rotation during the grinding process that lies between that of a sphere and a rod, mainly relying on line contact to crush minerals.

Grinding balls for ball mills (Ф20-Ф100)

Ball mills are key equipment for further pulverizing materials after crushing. Using steel balls as grinding media, they further grind materials to achieve a certain fineness requirement and better grinding effect.

Grinding balls for Initial fill installation (Ф20-Ф200)

Grinding balls for Initial fill installation refer to the steel balls added to the mill before the mill reaches its design capacity (or normal production).

Grinding balls for SAG mill (Ф100-Ф200)

Semi-autogenous grinding (SAG) is a form of autogenous grinding where the grinding media consists of both ore and added steel balls. The two types of media, and their interaction with the liner, impact, slide, and compress to grind the ore.

Grinding rods

Grinding rods, as grinding media in rod mills, operate in a cascading manner during service. The regularly arranged bars impact and crush the minerals in the gaps, grinding them to the required particle size. Simultaneously, the steel bars are worn down by the minerals, gradually reducing in size until they are smaller than a certain dimension and removed from the mill.

SAG grinding balls (Ф100-Ф200)

Semi-autogenous grinding is a type of autogenous grinding. The grinding media consists of the ore to be ground and additionally added steel balls. The two media collide with each other and rub and squeeze against the lining to grind the ore.

Grinding balls for Initial fill assembly of SAG mill (Φ20-Φ200)

Special steel balls for initial installation of semi-autogenous grinding mills refer to the steel balls added to the mill before it reaches its design capacity (or normal production).

Grind cylindrical body

Unlike steel balls, steel segments have rotational flexibility during the grinding process, between spherical and rod shapes, primarily relying on line contact to break minerals.

Grinding rod

Grinding rods are used as grinding media in rod mills. During operation, regularly arranged grinding rods work in a cascading manner. Through the self-generated impact and rolling of the grinding rods, minerals located in the gaps are ground to a qualified particle size. At the same time, the grinding rods are worn down by minerals, continuously losing size, and are discharged from the mill when their size falls below a certain dimension.
