Recently, the Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology announced the list of provincial-level备案产业技术创新战略联盟 in 2020. The "Ball Mill Steel Ball Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance," led by Goldpro New Materials Co., Ltd., successfully passed the provincial-level alliance备案. The alliance currently has 12 member units, including 6 manufacturing enterprises, 3 universities, 2 upstream special steel production enterprises, and 1 technology service institution. The honorary chairman of the alliance is Professor Qiu Guan Zhou, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering from Central South University, and the honorary director of the alliance's expert committee is Professor Hu Zheng Huan, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering from University of Science and Technology Beijing.
