The inspection team visited the company's production workshop, ball rolling production line, automated production line, intelligent production line, data center, quality inspection laboratory, quality inspection archives room, and drop ball testing machine, etc., understanding the company's production processes, raw material re-inspection, production process quality control, heat treatment technology, and product quality inspection.
The inspection team visited Goldpro Company's drop ball testing machine, which is the world's first machine with a drop height of 14 meters. The testing machine provides accurate and reliable data and high stability. The drop ball testing machine is an important means of testing the service life and impact resistance of steel balls. After testing with this machine, the application of steel balls in mines is guaranteed to be safe and reliable.
