On November 25, 2020, the Chilean Official Gazette published a ruling officially terminating the anti-dumping investigation on Chinese steel grinding balls.

China is the world's largest producer of grinding media, and Chile ranks first globally in copper reserves, production, and exports. Chile thus became the largest export market for Chinese grinding media products. In April this year, Chile launched a second anti-dumping investigation into China's wear-resistant steel grinding ball products. As an export-oriented enterprise, Goldpro New Materials Co., Ltd. was involved in the case, and its market position was severely threatened. After the case occurred, Goldpro Company actively responded and immediately started the defense work. The Bureau of Trade Remedy Investigations of the Ministry of Commerce, the Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products, and the Hebei Provincial Department of Commerce immediately launched the "Four-body Linkage" mechanism, organizing enterprises such as Goldpro New Materials to participate in the defense coordination activities. Under the guidance of relevant departments, enterprises such as Goldpro New Materials actively prepared and participated in the industry's non-damage defense. With the joint efforts of all parties, on November 25, Chile announced the termination of this anti-dumping investigation.

It is understood that under the current complex and difficult international situation, Goldpro New Materials' exports have achieved counter-trend growth, and its international market share has continuously expanded. The victory of the anti-dumping defense means that Goldpro New Materials has retained the Chilean market, which not only signifies Goldpro New Materials' ability to produce highly advantageous products, but also demonstrates its capacity to protect itself by utilizing international trade rules. The company's future international market scale is expected to further expand.
